Workshop Design

The topics I have outlined may be customized to your organization's needs. Special sessions can be geared toward a variety of audiences from graduate students to Professional society adminstrators to faculty to editsor and many other focused groups. If you're interested in a session but not sure how it might fit your audience, contact me and we can discuss your demographics and what I can do for you.

Day of Session needs

Most workshops require only basic needs: a system to run some audio-visual (i.e.projector and screen) as well as items such as flip charts or white boards for good interaction. I will provide you with the materials for printing and binding to be available for participants when they arrive. I also prefer that you have someone present to manage registration, food service, room temperature, etc if at possible.

I'm interested, what's next?

Send me an email with your topic of interest (professional development, leadership, teaching and learning), proposed date(s), time(s) and place(s). I will review my schedule and if available put a hold on the time until we are able to discuss the specifics of scheduling and the sessions. I will then document the conversation including details of the dates, times, demographics of the group including size, the goals of the session and payment and travel arrangements. I will provide this to you for your approval at which time we can consider the arrangement finalized and look forward to the events.
